Mini Makers: Mechanics & Circuitry Class

Sparking curiosity through hands-on discovery!

Our Mini Makers class introduces children from preschool through 5th grade to the exciting worlds of mechanical engineering and basic circuitry. Through guided, hands-on projects, children will explore how things move, light up, and work—building early STEM skills and a deep love for how the world around them is built.

What Children Will Learn:

• Understanding simple machines like levers, pulleys, gears, and wheels

• Building basic models that move, lift, and spin

• Exploring how force, motion, and balance work in everyday objects

🔌 Intro to Circuitry

• Learning how to create basic circuits using batteries, wires, and lights

• Exploring concepts like open vs. closed circuits and conductivity

• Making fun projects like light-up cards, fans, or buzzers
